After four years, Children’s Memorial Hospital has been demolished
After closing four years ago and being at the center of a brutal aldermanic race last year, Children’s Memorial Hospital in Lincoln Park has finally been torn down. Seeing the long-abandoned building reduced to rubble was an emotional moment for former patients and their families, who gathered at the site Tuesday.
