Chance the Rapper will headline the Obama Foundation Summit closing concert at the Wintrust Arena November 1. Gloria Estefan and the National will also perform at the event, which follows the two-day leadership conference especially directed toward youth, which will feature speeches from Prince Harry of Wales and former Italian prime minister Matteo Renzi, among others. More than 2,oo0 tickets will be given out to local community organizations, churches, and schools as well as to individuals who’ve been involved with the foundation as it works on the construction of the Obama Presidential Library.
